Wonderful

No blanket on bed. Only a thin sheet and the thin sheet cover. Wall mounted heating unit does not work very well and very very loud

No breakfast as advertised. Ice machine never worked and no house keeping was ever done. Or turn down service.

Easy parking, good heater. Bathroom door hard to close and open, and the beds were so uncomfortable we could not rest!

Nice staff, super close to the airport.

Great place to stay for an early morning flight. Nothing fancy. Just a simple, reasonably priced place.

Easy access to airport. Property is clearly being updated. Very nice Front Desk Host. Good value.

Cleanliness

For the price I guess my expectations were too high! But the bed frame sounded like it would break every time we moved. The mattress was thin and very unsupportive. The sheets did not fit the mattress and the mattress pad was for a twin sized bed not a king. Walls were scuffed and the carpet was in dire need of a deep clean.

Everything was up to standards, and staff again was very friendly and helpful.

Staff was great on check in. Room was clean but the room was in very poor condition. The light was dangling from the ceiling in the bathroom without a cover, plaster was missing from the wall, the light by the bed didn’t work, and the curtain was broken and hanging at the corner. Badly needs attention.

Was good nice customer service… but the cleanliness wasn’t good was dirty around the beds and dirty walls also the toilet got clogged often :)

Room looked good. Staff was great. Would stay again.

Close to airport

Dirty bedding on shelf, floor need cleaned. Noisy shouting in the hall at midnight, beds were squeaky, every time I moved or got up. Bathroom fan screened!!
