They were very accommodating to us because we were there for a funeral and Mabey had to cancel our second night. They were willing to let us get out of our Expedia contract due to the circumstances.. it ended up that we did stay for the second night. I felt like they were very accommodating. The breakfast was fantastic. The gym area was nice. Overall, a very great experience again just seemed a little bit older than I expected it to be.

Everyone was incredibly friendly, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. This was my first time staying at a SpringHill Suites, and it definitely won’t be my last. I’ll be booking more stays in the future!

Staff was amazing, as was the pool, clean and clear, and breakfast, top quality ingredients. My room was not prepped properly but I was too tired to ask for a room switch.

We stayed at ten hotels on our recent road trip, and this was out favorite! The breakfast was varied each day, and the attendant was attentive and kept the food trays filled. My husband cannot eat gluten, and there were many gluten-free options. We were traveling with our teen grandson and liked the suite style of the room. We will stay here again the next time we visit nearby relatives.

Room was clean but unfortunately the bed was probably to most uncomfortable bed I have slept in a long time. It was well warn and had a distinct lump in the middle.

This is the only hotel I stay at when I visit family in Boise! The staff is nice, the rooms are clean and great sized and the breakfast is awesome with many options! Absolutely love staying here!

Very nice. Staff was great; especially Erica who helped us change rooms after an air conditioning issue.

We have been on the road since July 6th and this is by far our best stay. The best part is we only paid $229.00 and in Canada we paid way over $500.00 for not as nice. Seriously this is a 4 star with the way they treated us and even our fur baby. They gave her a toy , water dish and poop bags. Room was so spacious and clean. Bathroom the same and so quiet!! Beds comfortable and pillows also. Highly recommend!! Nice neighborhood as well and safe. Food wasn’t that far and good Restaurants.

We went downstairs and just asked for new bedding and remade the two beds. The fridge was almost off and warm when we arrived. I turned it to Max and it almost froze my ice pack overnight. Almost. In the morning breakfast was good. With the exception that the muffins were listed as blueberry looked like blueberry with a crumble. My son grabbed one but noticed the crumble was full of nuts before eating it. It was banana nut. My son has a tree nut allergy. So he was really glad to notice before he ate it. No signs saying anything about banana nut and it didn't look like one. When I went to take a picture later it was Full and you can tell more clearly however he grabbed one of 3 all in the far right corner.

Outdated rooms with broken ac in the room and the hallway. Had to get the booking agency to help get a refund or get us a new room. 80+ degrees in the room at the time of check-in. Don’t recommend staying here.

Room was very clean! Air conditioner was loud during the night, but worked wonderful!

I appreciated the staff cleaning and making up the room everyday. The breakfast served every morning was fresh and delicious. Overall, the hotel was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
