Loved our stay here, super clean and location is close enough (30 to 50ish minutes to everything we wanted to do). Lots of food options near by and highway is very close. Rooms were perfect!

Breakfast was excellent for traveling family. Location was easy access for Midway Airport. The pull out couch was a little uncomfortable.

We had a huge family that took up most of the rooms because we had a funeral to attend and we're all from out of town. Because we had to make arrangements to be at the funeral by a certain time, I called the day before we arrived and requested early check-in for the four of us for four different rooms. The young lady at the desk said I understand and in lieu of the situation we will give you early check-in and your rooms will be ready when you get here. When we got there, none of our rooms were ready and the girl that was at the front desk Talked in a whisper and acted like she didn't have any idea what she was doing. Secondly later that night when I was cold and I requested a blanket (mind you I'm in my pajamas), and in bed they told me they couldn't bring me a blanket I'd have to go downstairs and pick it up. By the way, I'm 79 years old.

Nice, clean place with helpful staff

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and well stocked with the essential. The complimentary breakfast is the selling point for me. There was a variety to choose from. There was nothing to complain about.
