It was far out from the city BUT very peaceful great location for relaxation

Great location, great view. The hotel did provide us with everything we needed.

Location and access to forest walks.

No flexibility in table choice. Really wanted to have a window view for dinner and breakfast.

It has a beautiful view, good breakfast and well located to nearby hikes! The staff was always willing to help. If you go for hikes, this is good but mostly accessible by car- the closest bus station is 2km away downhill. It is an old building, so something are not in best conditions: our room had carpet floor and wall full of stains , which gives the impression of dirtiness although the cleanliness was good - the bathroom looks refurbished, a bit new, that was good. The wellness center is ok: you have smell of chlorine as soon as you enter the building and the sauna is very small ( 4 people). It is clean but not with a relaxing vibe.

The swimming pool is very pleasant and we enjoyed a dinner in the evening at the hotel's restaurant! The mister at the reception recommended the walk "Bollendorfer Grüne Hölle". It was fantastic! We found it more beautiful than Teufelsschlucht.

A bit outdated but clean. Reasonable size room and the location is pretty good. Close to Mullerthal with nice hiking routes. The matrassen were very poor. They were old and had a big dent in the middle. It gave me back pain in the morning. Our room was very noisy. We could litterally haar what our neighbours were talking about....

Staff were super-friendly, beautiful area, excellent hiking routes Wifi could be better

I booked a room with a balcony but didn't receive one and wasn't explained why. We visited in December yet there were no Christmas decorations. No atmosphere at all!

The Location and the stunning view of the hotel. Swimming pool and the sauna and the uphill view from the restaurants when taking breakfast, but you should sit near to the window if you want to capture the nice view. But I think with the sitting arrangement for the guests of the hotel has been organised in advance so you can't just sit randomly. A room improvement for the service of restaurant! The rest every thing is fine. Will definitely come back!

The hotel was in a lovely location and easy access. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

forget:) Location was amazing. Restaurant staff were friendly First room didn't match our booking room details. We had to ask for the specifically for the right room. We were given the correct room after one night however there was no apology or expression of misunderstanding from the manager (dry and non friendly communication). Most of the equipments were on extremely used state. Sauna robes condition was miserable had holes in them . 19 euros extra per person for the breakfast.
