Nice big comfortable room Safe not secured to the wall. Doors to terrace did not lock. Asked for non-slip mat for bath/shower,….promised but not delivered.

This was a very pleasant hotel - not too large and not too small. Positioned within a residential area with a short walk to the shops, restaurants, takeaways and beach of Bolnuevo. The hotel is modern and the room was well appointed. The owner and staff were a very pleasant and welcoming. We had a hire car and used this hotel as a base to travel around the south of Murcia. Unfortunately, due to the time of year, the pool was closed (which we knew prior to booking) - It is a lovely pool area and it would have been nice to spend time there. We enjoyed the breakfast, was a lovely continental type breakfast but a little repetitive and some people may be disappointed.

The peace and quiet. The fridge did not get at all.cold.and the pool.was open.we had come unprepared as the article said it only opened on 15th June.w

Location The electrics in the room were dated! There where no USB points and the fridge had to be unplugged so as to plug in the kettle

Friendly informative staff. Good quiet location. Large comfortable room with views. A lack of attention to details. The door stop in the bathroom was missing revealing a dangerous spike on the floor, safe not attached to a wall or floor, shower holder falling off wall, a rip in a curtain. Small things which are very easily solved.
