Everything about this hotel was amazing! The beds are comfy, the rooms are big and the air con was spot on. The TV was big and the whole feel of the place is very luxurious. The staff are amazing and can not do enough for you. The breakfast was awesome. A really great range of food and really resonably priced too. We extended our stay for another day just to have a better look around the area. The general value for money here was great. The parking was a bit tight but cant really complain because it was free. I cant really think of anything else.

The property charged me on credit card for what i already paid. They made us switch rooms in the middle of night because ac was broken

Very good hotel with comfortable rooms and an excellent mattress. Everything was clean and well maintained. The reception staff were friendly, professional and helpful throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again.

Staff were very helpful and then breakfasts were good - vast array of items to choose from. Location was not the greatest but this did not deter from us having a pleasant stay

Wifi worked very bad, location is quite far from the city center but there is a bus to use that takes about 30 min to downtown. Property does not show city tax which is almost 6€ per person per night so the total cost is much higher than shown on booking, especially if you are a group and stay longer

Good breakfast included in price (for our room at least), clean rooms, very nice and helpful staff. Toiletries included in the bathroom, as it should be in a hotel. Good bus connection to Bologna old town. It shows its age in some places, but overall well kept. Good hotel, just not a luxury one.
