Muà Boutique Bologna

Very clean. Helpful staff. Close to many sights in old Bologna.

Uberto was very helpful from arranging the carpark nearby to giving us a short introduction on Bologna. Breakfast was also a decent spread considering that there weren't many people having breakfast. Everything was coordinated wonderfully. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Toilet had constant hot water, airconditioning worked perfectly in the summer heat, Bed was comfy and there were black out blinds integrated into the windows, which were great if you wanted to sleep in. The location was also great as it was walking distance to the old town. There was nothing we didn't like.

Breakfast was simple but nice. Location is a 15 minute walk to the main square, bars and restaurants. There is a secure garage 50m away that the hotel booked for us in advance. The staff are very friendly.

Superb

The girls who served our delicious breakfast were lovely! Sabrina was very informative!! On our second day both of us had to go to the emergency @ the hospital & she called us a taxi as well as left her phone number to check on us. Sabrina & the other girl were lovely!! Also they both spoke english. Where do we start? As returning guests we were looking forward to our stay & rated MUA a 5. This visit the place was run down, towels thread bare although they replaced with nicer towels. The paint was chipped!! The air conditioning was a plus. Uberto did not have the curtesy to meet us when we checked out & charged us an additional tax of 39 Euros for 3 days!!! In Bolzano it was 21 Euros for 3 days. We will never return!!!

Spotless clean. Friendly staff. Quiet location, within walking distance to centre. Great shower! Comfy bed. Not enough electrical power points.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our conversations with them. The location was very accessible to the activities we planned and easy to get to from the train station. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Bologna. Nothing!

Great location and excellent communication with the host! Located in a quiet street with most of the attractions in walking distance. The parking is also very close by!

Staff were lovely. Kitchen well appointed. Cleanliness superb. Location terrific. Welcome was wonderful. The chairs in the room were not comfortable if you have a back problem. Some more clothes hangers.

Excellent hotel staff, service and attention. Communication via WhatsApp with management very efficient and effective. Well located for our needs. Very comfortable rooms. The reception / breakfast area layout could be improved. Perhaps repositioning the tables and replacing the stools for other less space consuming chairs would help accomodate more people.
