Far away from the center.

The staff were not friendly, with the exception of the young tall barmen. The hotel is not accessible without a car or the use of a taxi.

Hotel had airco which was nice when outside it was 38°C. Room was spacious, breakfast was amazing with a lot of choice, personnel was friendly and helpful (ordering taxi) and spoke different languages. The bathroom was spacious but it was a it smelly. As it is a hotel near the highway, it is a hotel for people who travel and stay for 1 or 2 nights, also families with children who became crazy with the choices at the breakfast.

Pool area. Location. The room facilities are a bit outdated. We had issues with the additional children beds where the mattress under boards were falling constantly. The breakfast selection was poor and not 4 star in my opinion.

Amenities weren’t that great cleaning staff was not great . The hallways had a very bad smell of sewage. Only good for a very short stay or if you’re passing through.

Todavía no tiene buen acceso a transporte público. De todas formas, un taxi/uber al centro te sale 15-20€ y ya esta.

Good breakfast, great cleaning staff. The restaurant needs to be available for guests as advertised. We came to the hotel tired and exhausted and we were told that the restaurant was booked and there was no room service. Simply not acceptable: bad business. One of our friends was sick and couldn't eat. Several of the bar and service staff were a bit bothered by simple requests. For example, several members of our group asked for a glass of water at the bar and the bartender told them "no!" The hotel staff could benefit from customer service training. Also, however stayed at the hotel because of the pool, and the pool closed at 7:30: so sad. Really disappointing!

Excellent breakfast and relaxing pool. Location is decent. Front desk will call a taxi. No direct route to walk to locations nearby.

They had the most extensive breakfast I have ever had while in Europe. We had an issue with our a/c and the team came up within seconds to review and correct. Nice big tub too! Nothing negative to report.

The room is big, the curtains were very dark and helped us sleep very well. Another positive aspect is that the bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. They also have a pool that opened on 1 st of May, but the water is not heated. It's a little bit far from the historical center. We had to go by foot 12-15 minutes and then take the bus no. 35, but it only runs untill 8 pm. You have also an alternative, the bus no 20 but you have to go around 20 min.

Great breakfast. Disappointed that the pool was not open for swimming, which was one of the reasons we chose the hotel. Also they could improve with a larger fitness room.

Great hotel, nice and efficient staff, spacious room, confortable bed and very good breakfast. It's not the first time that we stay at the Sydney hotel and it won't be the last one. Prices slightly increased compared with last year.
