Location was great for us and a great hotel especially for being so close to the train station. Very clean, had some English TV channels and a very nice large breakfast. Would stay again. There was some construction noise when we went to bed across the street. Luckily it didn't last too long.

Great location close to the railway station. Good aircondition. When we arrived, the room was not clean. The trash can was not emptied and the floor was very dirty. A four star hotel would have made a bigger effort to righten this.

Great value for money. Hotel has an excellent location; very close to the city centre and train station. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodative to our needs, and the room had great facilities.

We have stayed at this hotel before and the staff are so kind and supportive! A special thank to Lorenzo, Agnese, Giulia and all of the dining room staff! We look forward to seeing you all again! The rooms that we moved in had problems with the bathtub leaking and other problems. This is not a staff problem but a management problems. The door knob on the 1st room was very loose. My wife and I have had the wonderful opportunity to travel a lot and stay in the different hotels in the different countries. What we have noticed is that many times other people who stay in the hotel's rooms don't even tell the staff about the problems in their rooms. This created a big problem for the next guests. The hotel can only fix these problems only if someone reported them because they will eventually lose money and guests over time. I like to help these hotels by giving them feedback on my stay and not just giving negative feedback but positive feedback as well! Thanks! Peace and blessings!

Room staff location

Neat to train station, near to center by walking 10-15 minutes. Pillows are not suitable.

Upgraded to a suite, big room, it even had a treadmill, nice breakfast with good variety of food and juices, front desk personnel spoke good English and were service oriented, close to train station. Shower was in the bath tub, partition was short so it was easy to wet the bathroom floor when showering. Suggest you put a larger partition or find another solution.

Very little unfortunately The air conditioning did not function in spite of being promised a lower temperature. The toilet seat was detached, the sink did not drain and the tub-shower was nearly impossible to exit safely.

Breakfast was excellent, the location was perfect—close to the train station and bus stop—and the staff were friendly and very helpful

Modern and comfortable , location was very convenient for a night stay. It was a bit confusing to find the number of the room, it is on the carpet and not on the door

We book this hotel because of the location its very easy access to train station for airport also we were traveling from Florance to Bologne. Bus station was directly across to hotel. Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. -

The location across from the train is great if you are going to travel from Bologna. Very clean room and great breakfast. All of the staff were very helpful and spoke English for us. The room was very warm and we were told there was no way to turn on a fan. Our window was toward a busy street and a bit loud to keep open
