I had a very nice stay. I met the owners checking in early and they were lovely and accommodating. The apartment is just outside the old town. It is not a long walk to centro but it's nice staying amongst where the locals live

very nice apartment and bathroom, comfortable bed, and even a small efficiency kitchen. A good neighbor, excellent restaurants, and a couple of good markets. it is a 35 minute walk for me and 86 Years old center of town

Good location, local neighbourhood, accommodation for 3 nights maximum It could be cleaner, cook top and unkempt coffee maker. Although Michele seems very good people, I barely had contact with him, weak internet and smart TV only gets open channel.

Good location, also in the room there is a kettle, microwave and some dishes. Additional: tea and coffee, milk, water and mini jam for crackers. Very noisy neighbors who keep me awake until 1 a.m. I was also not warned that I would have to pay extra for the tourist tax in cash: they simply left me a note at the door, although the booking.com service upon payment stated that I had paid all taxes and fees.

AC did not work very well. Opening windows helped a lot.

Good unit, clean and comfortable. Some people had a party out back one night, and they weren’t loud, but the clean-up people were, until midnight. That may have been a rare occurrence though.

very helpfull owner . room was very clean and bed was so big and comfortable.. walking distance to city centre location was quite and good .. it was a supermarket and bus station close to my room.. room has coffee machine,microwawe,kitchen equipmennts . check in was a little bit complicated. ı could not find door keys easily . ı used 4 key until enter my room.

the location is a walking distance from the city center, the room has everything what is needed,the room is clean, the bed is very comfortable, the owner is very communicative. recommendations of the food places left on the table are worth trying! thank you for that. totally recommend this place.

Superb

Easy check-in, but could have been more information about it. Nice terrace. The host was kindfull, told us good tips for the city and pre-ordered taxi for us when we needed to get airport very early in the morning. 15 minute walk to the center. Room very small and a little bit weird smell. Bed could have been better.

Exceptional

The apartment is located just outside of the downtown, and there is a great connection with a circular bus (32/33) to the train station. Our studio had an access to a small garden, which was nice, even though we didn’t get a chance to use it bcs of the rainy weather. The internet connection was good: i had to take a zoom meeting one day, and it worked just fine even with a video. Michele is a great host: he was always available when we had questions, showed us a great fish restaurant just a few minutes away and was flexible with a check-out time. It was a bit humid, most probably bcs of the weather

Good position in a quiet street, half a an hour walking from the city centre (there is also a bus stop nearby if preferred). The host was really nice and helpful. In the room there was food enough to have a small breakfast, and a fridge. The room was very humid, and, despite the clean sheets and towels, it was not very clean (a lot of dust, and the breakfast stuff was not washed properly).

The accomodation was very clean and comfortable and the owner extremely helpful and with very good manners. The location is excellently situated very close to the center of town with its landmark of the Torre degli asinelli, the Piazza Maggiore and the Due Torri. Definitively an excellent place where to be in Bologna. Nothing really.
