B&B Bentivogli

It says it's a bed and BREAKFAST, the only thing provided was coffee and tea and it was not free, we has to pay 1€ per coffee capsule. The coffee machine didn't even work.

The location was great and the staff was very kind and helpful. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, and they allowed us to leave our luggage there, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Location is great, staff is so helpfull and very nice and friendly. Room is very clean, you have everything you need. Room looks a little bit bigger on the photos.

Room was ok,

The location, it was very close to the centre,the receptionist helped us with public transport instructions The room was small, there was not even free coffee , the coffee machine worked with coins of 1EUR which was not mentioned before. There was no information about tourist guides, good places in Bologne for visit. The TV had no signal. Too expensive for a basic room with no facilities.

The room was ok and the bathroom was very good: big and clean. The location is pretty good, a 15minute walk from city center. Someone hacked their website and kept trying to steal our data by sending us countless emails and WhatsApp's, is not their fault but it was dangerous and it took them time to prevent us. Also it was very annoying that every morning we were disturbed by other guests talking very loud because the coffee machine was right in front of our door. There were no signs of keeping it quiet.

Location was pretty good, next to the city centre. The room was quite small and the bed was uncomfortable. Also there is no mini fridge in the room.

Location is top notch,10 mins from the centre,the hosts were super active in catering to all our needs and queries. Check in is super easy and the apartment is cozy.

Clean, clear directions for self check in Coffee is for 1 euro so if you want to enjoy coffee from simple coffee machine- have 1 euro otherwise will stay without it

The location was not bad: 10-15 mins to historical centre Lack of space in the room - more storage /hangers/pillows/ Free coffee would have been good Bad start (I had booked an appartment but found it was a small double ) but things improved & staff very helpful

We enjoyed the room very much The Internet connection was really really bad. And as travellers from an another country having on all dat the mobile data was a bit inconvenient

Fine communication with owner Noisy area because of a hospital near the accommodation. Solve it by sleeping with the windows closed.

The room is large, with a comfy large bed, tv, nice if small bathroom with shower. AC is working nicely. The location is very convenient, just east of the city center within walking distance to many services, restaurants,... The room was quiet and well insulated despite being relatively close to a main road. The apartment is within a palace where the owner has several similar flats, it was a bit tricky to find the correct room. To be fair, detailed info is provided but still a clearer numbering/naming of the rooms would have helped.

Pretty good location to walk to the old town. The wifi was terrible.
