Bed & breakfast Aurelia

The location was great, just walking distance from tourist spots. Close to train station; just 5 minutes walk. The property manager was very nice. The room was big and clean. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom was not part of the room. But it was still ok with me. The location and the room was big and clean.

I was very happy to see how spacious my room was and how clean everything was. I walked bare-foot and my feet stayed super clean. The air conditioner worked perfectly, the room was very quiet, and I slept excellently in a huge bed with a good mattress and pillows. I was very glad to receive, as a bonus, a big bottle of drinking water and coffee/tea for self-service in the morning, though I did not order breakfast. The host was warm, fast-reacting, and talked well in English. The location just beside the train station is super practical for travellers by train or plane, and the old town is reachable in just a 10-minute walk.

Literally 3 min walk from the train station unless you arrive from Prato otherwise 10 min. Simple apartment with big rooms. You have everything you need to spend a night or two. The area has restaurants and shops. And loveli MAMbo arts museum is in 3 min walk.

Nice mirror and place to hang clothes Overall very clean A small fridge Clean bathroom No microwave, which is very important especially in colder months. Heating doesn't work very well Shutters don't work which is a big con. The twin bed is actually made up of two single beds, so it's uncomfortable in the middle.

Great staff and location Don’t get to spend more time there

The hotel is an easy walk from the train station. It is a clean and comfortable place in a fairly busy part of the city due to the train station. It is a wonderful walk or bike ride to the Centro Historico. Our hotel contact gave us a great list of authentic Bolognese restaurants to check out as well as a few sights to consider. She went out of her way to make us comfortable. We would return to the hotel, walking or biking, between 9pm-12:30am most evenings and always felt safe. There was espresso and tea available in the hallway, but there was never breakfast or fruits or anything really.

Amazing place and location, super comfortable and spacious. Very close to the train! I felt super safe as a single woman traveling alone (which is shitty to even mention as most many men are so terrifying in general if you are a woman!!!!. But also in traveling--so many men were so scary, aggressive, touchy and just total freaks.) I felt very safe at this B+B....excellent super fast communication with the staff and felt saefg If it was closer to town, LOL! Still, only a short walk like 15-20 mins and you are in the middle of it all!

There was no breakfast when we stayed there, but there were good nearby cafes that were not expensive.
