Location for the train station is excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Air con unit in the room was struggling a bit, but it was a very hot day/night

It was close enough to the Bologna train station. The breakfast was a very good variety of food. The streets at night were dark and quiet. It did have air conditioning which could have been cooler.

At first I was amazed. The staff was so friendly and kind, especially the lady at the reception and the night guard on the weekdays. But then weekend came another shift was extremely cold and the vibe changed from a warm welcoming place to tension. The breakfast food is very good, but it runs out fast and there are not enough tables to sit. Location is great. The other shift of the staff was very rude. Too little tables to sit in the breakfast area. But tables I can understand, because the hotel itself is not very big. I wanted to leave 10, but inly because of the rude other half of the staff I leave 8. Also at night it’s too cold in the room because of AC and no normal duvets, only italian sheets….

Nice rooms with balcony and nice breakfast area outside. Kind staff. Possible with fitness close by. Walkkng distance to city center. Parking possible at hotel. Nice breakfast. We liked the wine bar close by.
