The room was cleaned well each day. Was let down by the disgusting bin that was in the room, this I am aware is not the cleaners fault. Was not informed by either hotel or booking.com building works were going on. Lack of communication. I would have cancelled the booking if I had known. There is still no information on booking com about this which I think is relevant. Bin in room looked like it had been taken out of a tip. Only when I complained the second time was it replaced. May seem like a small thing but small things matter. One of plugs in room was loose. Yes it was offered that someone would look at this but should have been secured in first place. Hotel compensated by taking off tax , this was not enough in my opinion but it got to the point where I gave up and just wished we'd only been there for the one night, not 3....this is why I did not move rooms when offered.

It's a good place if you're looking for a one night stay outside the city center. The room was basic but nice and the AC was working well, quite important since it was 37 degrees outside.

Great value, friendly and helpful staff. Proper bathroom. Spa isn't free, gym is quite small and in an open space next to the reception. Airco needs a cleaning.

Lovely hotel; modern reception area and rooms were clearly recently decorated; very clean; had everything we needed; good wifi My payment method was wrongly marked as invalid/denied prior to arriving... it took a few days for the payment to be clarified as valid by booking.com. Even after it was confirmed, the payment was still listed as invalid, despite confirmation from booking.com. I was thererfore a little bit nervous about our stay, but thankfully the experience at the hotel was very good and there were no issues.

The location for us was good, clean large room. Breakfast could be a bit improved, ie the hot food was not in any container keeping warm, it was just open plates under a single hot lamp, which meant, flies could get to the food, and the cooked food was cold, eh, eggs, sausages, Beans. Could be easily improved.

Breakfast was ok. The bathroom had a weird smell. Apart from that, everything was fine.

The quality of food in the restaurant was excellent The beds were very narrow and as hard as platforms!

The room was fine but found an item on the floor. The beds were clean. There was plenty of space but not able to use it. No hanger for toiletries bag in bathroom and nothing to place your luggage on in the bedroom. I would stay at the hotel again. The reason for not giving a higher rating is that at one time a staff was rude.

Aircondition did not work.. unpleasent sleep when +28-30´c inside

It was very hot when we stayed. And they couldn't turn on the ac because it wasnt summer season yet. But it is said that air conditioning is part of the facilities. The second night they did arrange a fan for us which was nice

Breakfast was rich and varied in various food categories. If someone has a good breakfast at the hotel, they will not need another meal for the rest of the day. The hotel parking was extremely convenient, there were always empty spaces especially in a city like Bologna with a serious parking problem. The room was extremely clean, the staff was very kind and the morning exercise facility at the hotel was very good. The breakfast, although rich, was repetitive, especially if you stay for many days. The network was unstable, many times I could not work via wi-fi. The air conditioning is non-functional, Our room was west-facing, resulting in it being hot from the sun all day and having difficulty sleeping at night. Since it was Spring, we did not have a big problem, but in the summer I imagine things would be difficult.

Only some facilities are good like spa and gym Rooms are very low class. Didn’t find them of the fair value. I was charged more than the online rates. It wasn’t good experience.
