The B&B is in the heart of bologna near the university. If you like that busyness, you will love it there and you can get around. it is very handy. For us, it was a little too busy, although the B&B itself was quiet and comfortable. We had the room with a private bath and that is the best to have. I don’t think I would like to share a bathroom with the other two rooms. They offered Coffee and some packaged pastries, but otherwise you had to get your own breakfast and they had a refrigerator if you needed to use it. It’s of course in the old part of Bologna and they did an excellent job of turning it into a B&B with what they had, but there are some things about it that are inconvenient because of that., But not enough to make it a difficult stay

It was not clearly mentioned while making rezervations that the bathroom was shared. Shared bathroom was a big problem for us as the people we shared were not ver courteous

Great location. Easy instructions to get in. Coffee and pastries available. The bathroom is very tight with low ceiling so it was difficult for tall people.

Beautiful room 10 minute walk away from the center of Bologna. The room was clean and the AC worked very well. It was a remote check-in, but the host was very responsive and we got in smoothly. She also answered all of our questions and provided a few recommendations. Good value in Bologna None

A decent place for a short stay in the city. The mattress was great for a good night's sleep, and the air conditioner worked perfectly — which was crucial in this heat. And the ceiling... well, it definitely made an impression!

I loved everything about or stay. Patrizia at check-in was kind, friendly, welcoming and made local recommendations. Our room, Verde, was a spacious chamber with high ceilings and private bathroom. It was spacious and quiet.

Everything was excellent. We are thankful for Patricia’s wonderful hospitality. We were able to check in after 12pm and she let us store the luggage for the day too. Will be back for sure.
