Price Location is a concern. Seemed unsafe walking to city center.
-
The position of the hotel is really close to a 20 min walk to the city center and the breakfast is really good

Nice & easy to get to
-
Great hotel with spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, and having free parking was a huge advantage. The location is convenient, with easy access to Bologna's city center by public transportation. Overall, a very good value for the price. The hotel is a little dated and could benefit from some renovations. The breakfast had a decent selection, but it could offer more variety. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.

Very low quality room for a 4 star hotel. Rips in the sheets, broken bathroom door, overall room was just super run down.

We didn't stay here long, but the rooms were comfortable, clean, and nice. I would definitely stay here again. It did take a while for the air conditioning to cool the rooms and the elevator was rather small, but other than that a very good overall experience.

good not

The front desk staff was very kind and helped us with everything we asked for. The place is very close to the town centre and the bus stop was also very close if you would prefer to not walk everywhere. There was AC although it was a bit weak, it was good enough to keep us from the warmth. They cleaned the room and stocked up with supplies every day. The view of the room was amazing overlooking the San Luca sanctuary. The cleaning staff was very invasive. We made sure to click on the DND light when we are still in the room and leave the sign on the door but they still insisted on bothering us, one lady even came into the room while we were still there. It was very unpleasant to always expect someone could come into the room or could come knocking on the door while you are still chilling in bed. The other downside was the room was a bit small and the bed and pillows were very stiff, not even a bit soft.

The hotel is not in the city centre but very far from it. The rooms are immense, with all the amenities for a longer stay; it's an aparthotel. Very clean. Breakfast basic but OK for beginning your day. The people at the reception are awesome and always ready to help.

I liked the updates in the room and the proximity to the airport. I also liked the availability for late check in as we experienced severe delays and checked super late. I also LOVED the option for breakfast and the variety of options made available. One of the two rooms booked had a lot of noise that sounded like construction or something similar though at 2 am. The bed was low for my family member with mobility challenges, but we were able to make it work.

Everything was ok

The staff was friendly and recieved us promptly in late evening too. The room was clean and spacious. Good public transportation right in front of the hotel. The pricing is little on a higher side for the room we got.
-
Clean, comfortable andstaff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good The city is making maintenance and walking around might look less nice. However inside is all good.

The price is not matched with the location it is a bit expensive and they are not giving a free water . the additional city tax they informed you after booking it is late to cancel . If your booking amount; 1.€31 to €70.99 fee €5.80 2.€71 to €120.99 : fee €6.50 3. from €121: fee € 7; (per person per night). If you stay as a couple 3 nights around €35~€42 city tax when you check out .

The staff provided me with directions on where to go and how to get around. The room was HUGE, the pictures don't do it justice. There was a stove top and sink in my room. It was an overall good stay!

Efficient and excellent

The bed was nice but the pillows were very firm. We liked the size of the room and the big TV.

The room was spacious and well designed, and the bathroom had a giant sink and enough counter space. Breakfast was personalized and had a large selection of sweet and savory options. Our room had a lovely view of the basilica, and the neighbourhood is quiet and residential. Grocery store within walking distance. Great public transportation access. Staff provide information on whatever you will need (there will be a leaflet of information upon checking in). The hotel is on the outskirts of the old town (20-minute walk). No trash can in the room (but yes to one in the bathroom).
