Easy check in. The city tax was very expensive, the breakfast room was not clean, nor the cups or plates. The fridge in the room is very noisy.

Great location. It was able access my room at 10 am. Great air conditioning . Modern, great price

There was no breakfast. The coffee machine was broken, also they did not put stuff in the kitchen, when i went there there were some stuff to eat but after 2 days till the end of stay, they did not add anything Breakfast was not available. Broken coffee machine. Staff did not speak english and the host put minimum effort to help me to get in and after did not respond to any of my quesiotn about the place.

Quiet and safe area. Well equipped apartment. Close to the city centre, less than 10 min. walk. Close to Bologna centrale train station.

Nice room, clean enough. We did not meet the staff, self check in, self service breakfast. The breakfast was really basic. Some cheese would be nice.

It was a great experience, we had a queen room with city view. The room was clean and simple, it had a coffe maker in the room and some free sweets, TV with netflix and air conditioning. Breakfast was good, they had sweet and also salty things like croissants, biscuits, bread, cream cheese, butter, cheese, ham and others ad well as coffe and water at any times. It's weird that they dont't have a reception and you need to tell them when you will arrive so someone will be there waiting for you.

Located in the city centre. No loud neighbors, relative silence. Very poor maintenance. Spots on the walls, open holes in the wall, disgusting liquid remains on the armchair and ottoman, pen paint spots on curtains. In the shower drain does not go down, sewage smell comes back.

Fantastic, and the staff were great especially Marika. And it was great to have the amenities in the coffee room Nothing at all

Nice decor. Terrible communication, sewage issues. It was impossible to stay for the full duration of my reservation because of malfunctioning sewage and water pipe systems that caused odors and loud noises through the day and night. When I raised the problem with the manager/owner, nobody answered my multiple messages and calls. The cleaning and on site staff was kind but had no power to resolve the issue without approval from the owner. I would not recommend this accommodation.

Location was pretty good,very close to the cuty center.The bed was comfortable. When we arrived and tried to open the door, I was left with the doorknob in my hand, the entrance to the room from the hall was through the bathroom. The smell from the sewage in the bathroom was terrible.In the room there were cobwebs on the walls, the air conditioning did not work, which at 35 degrees is not great, the refrigerator made an unbearable sound, at night the noise outside is huge.We tried to call the staff to fix the air conditioning, they said to talk to the cleaning lady who sent us back to the owner. In the end someone came to fix the air conditioning, but he came over us in the room while we were sleeping .Breakfast is almost non-existent and nothing is fresh .Last but not least, the check-in time was extended so that I could enter the room from 3 o'clock.
