Very good

Excellent staff who was very helpful. Very good breakfast and there is coffee and juice during the day. Room was comfortable and AC was great. I rented a larger room, but we arrived early and she offered another one for early check-in. She offered for us to mover later, but we were satisfied and stayed in the smaller room. The area is walking distance to the train station and there are a number of restaurants nearby. Other sites were within 20-25 minutes walking. We had lots of luggage and you had to go up a flight of stairs to get the elevator to the room. It was challenging with all of our luggage.

The host was so helpful, decor was lovely, the breakfast was delicious and the shower was fantastic.... Nothing all great...

Comfortable room, close to the...

Close to the central station and city centre. Great staff and great breakfast. There was a sewage smell that came every once in a while but it went away. Also smell of mould in the building. Our room was next to the kitchen so we were thankful we had to wake up early otherwise it would have been hard to have a sleep in.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was convenient. Staff at breakfast were excellent. The second room we had was not as good as the first one we had. There was a strange smell in both rooms. It needed to be fresher

The location for train station was excellent. Staff very helpful n nice. Our room was L shaped the AC was over the bdrm door which didn't reach the bed around the corner. The room was very hot said 28c on ac temp, cause of position of ac sleep was very hard. Needs a fan to circulate the ac air. Otherwise the apt was good n clear.

Warm hospitality: Although the hotel was a bit tricky to find, we received a wonderful, warm welcome from Ms. Tania. She showed us around and explained everything available for our use. Great food and treats: The morning started with a delicious breakfast and coffee. A lovely touch was the homemade cakes available for guests throughout the entire day. Room comfort: The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room pleasantly cool. Hard to find: The hotel's location isn't very clear; some better signs or directions would be helpful. Housekeeping oversight: After the room was cleaned, the staff forgot to restock the toilet paper (which was already empty), so we had to look for it ourselves upon returning. Room and bathroom maintenance issue: The rubber seal on the shower door is loose, resulting in a small puddle of water on the floor after every shower. Additionally, the radiators in both the room and the bathroom were not heating up.
