The location was very close to the train station, which was wonderful. And the actual hotel was very pretty.

Overall, an excellent choice. An older hotel, so to some it may look dated, but it is in good condition. Excellent bedding and bathroom linens and a comfortable bed. Nice size room. The location is close to the train station, to several excellent galleries and museums. Breakfast (an add on) involved terrible machine coffee. The food was fine overall, but the coffee ruined it.

AC system is extremely loud, even when turned off.

nice room and comfort bed. Two bottles of water services every day. Nice breakfast and close to station. walking distance to city centre though taking bus is more convenient, especially during summer

Very central location Neither Booking.com's price breakdown nor the confirmation email mentioned the city tax (For my room it was a little over 6 Euro). So please bear this in mind.

The room was very dark and quiet, it was the best sleep I got in recent travels. Also the air conditioning was easy to adjust and not noisy at all. Excellent location, 5 minutes away from Bologna Centrale.

I liked the location, surprisingly quiet. It is about a 15-20 min walk (interesting) to the historic area. The room was a good size and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

The breakfast is always good at your Hotel. I would not take anything away but if you could add one thing is to have a way to get omelets or fried eggs with bacon that would be great. I put that above add in a way to get eggs cooked the way way people like them...omelets, fried, scrambled with cheese ect. Adding the option to get bacon with the eggs would be a nice touch as well. Like I said above I would not change anything that you already do as that is very nice. The eggs your way would just be a nice add.

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was one of the best I have seen in my travels. It is a close walk to the train station. However, it wasn’t easy to find a close walk to find dinner. The hotel is very elegant but the walls are so thin I could hear people talking, even sneezing right next to my head while in bed. I’m sure that’s because the hotel is old yet kept very clean and decorated beautifully.

Can be noisy at night, walls are thin, Aircon wasn't working properly but we had windows

Perfect location and very good hotel and exactly as advertised. Room was spacious and very modern. Breakfast was excellent too. Most of all , I would definitely stay there again.

I booked the hotel at the last minute because my flight had been rerouted to Bologna and I could no longer travel to Florence on the same day. The room was spacious and very comfortable and the bed was fantastic. I also enjoyed the selection of food offered in the breakfast buffet.

Interesting neighborhood, but hard workers in the shops. Very sweet owner of cafe across the street.

Very helpful staff. Location perfect for catching an early train.
