I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The location is fantastic. The staff were also very helpful. Breakfast is lovely and lots to choose from.

The room was well designed with some really nice features. The hotel was centrally located in the old town just minutes from all the resturants and must see locat attractions. All thr staff were really friendly and very helpful Not so much didnt like, just could have been better. Breakfasts offer a great selection of local produce just a few touches like more juices and mikj would have been nice. The old town is quite noisy so try and get in a room on the upper floors

This hotel deserves a 5 star rating for the staff who were so lovely, and the location which puts you right in the heart of the city, just steps away from Piazza Maggiore. As a solo female I felt very safe and looked after. Unfortunately the air conditioning in my room was stuck on 28°C The staff were very apologetic and tried to fix it, but apparently getting a technician out at the weekend in August is impossible. I had a fan in my room which helped, and they also gave me a complimentary breakfast which was appreciated.

The location of this hotel is just perfect. Walk out of the hotel door into local markets, shops, cafes. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. Can't recommend it enough! Didn't bother me at all, but if you're a light sleeper beware the noise of the shops and markets below gets started early.

Hotel's Decor was nice. The location is perfect. breakfast was moderate, some items were cold. The mattress was not suitable for someone with a back problem (I explicitly requested for a firm mattress at the time of the booking.) The room was small for 2 people. The shower compartment is very small for a bigger than average person.

Comfortable, small hotel very well placed in the centre of Bologna, in the centro storico 3 minutes walk to Piazza Maggiore. Also the hotel staff were very helpful. Nothing at all really.

Location. Early check in for double room was granted as a courtesy Staff nice & nice old fashioned feel Pathetic small safety box Paid extra for supposed twin upgrade, but room was awful. Mould in our shower!!! Receptionist queried my prepayment! Leaving awful feeling before our departure Frequent beeping noise at night waking me up!
