Hosts where lovely, great bathroom/shower. Good overall for a few nights. the room is very close to the street, so at night, one can hear a lot of noise. ear plugs would be recommended.

This apt is very good location and parking lot service and hostess also very kindness with welcome small bread , water,coffee&tea anytime. Bus station walk 5min to downtown so very convenience place. Toilet windows so high place so we do not control close & open.

Since our flight was very early in the morning and the check in was around 4pm, we were prepared to spend the whole day out and wait for the check in time. However, Simona was very kind to have prepared the room early and let us know that we can come by anytime it suits us - besides the unexpected kindness, we liked our stay, it was pleasant and clean! The TV was a bit smaller than we expected but it hasn’t affected the stay in any way. Location is good, however, the public transportation is not very reliable. By foot, it’s about 30min away from the city centre.

This is a cleverly designed apartment. There is an entrance behind a secure code-lock door where there is a large shared kitchen. There are two doors for the two guest groups. Both doors have locks. We stayed in the family room, which has two large rooms sleeping four and a bathroom. Air conditioning is installed inside. The kitchen is well equipped and fully stocked with tea/coffee, breakfast and cold bottled water for four in the large fridge. We had the allocated parking available, although we didn't need it. If you plan to travel by public transport, check the bus times carefully, once you board the bus, you will arrive in the tourist area within 10 minutes.

Very good facilities and good hospitality. Nice welcoming from the host with little cakes. The bed matresses and pillows weren’t very comfortable.

The owner made everything very easy and there was no stress about anything to do with our stay at the B&B. It was ideal and close enough to places in bologna that you could walk, but also very easily take a bus which we did to get to bologna central station. For us backpackers it was great to not have to put up the tent again!
