the room was big and clean, as it faced the back it was quite. the location is close to the airport and train station. we got really early check in, and due to our early flight - breakfast un the room.

Friendly hotel and helpful with airport transfer and I chose it partly due to airport proximity. My room was reasonable value for money but I noted that others rooms were of a much higher quality than my room which was 102. Mine had peeling paint and needed attention but others looked much better when I saw them in the morning being cleaned.

Breakfast was a variety of indian food and as per requests also. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedsheets. Location is very good with transport facilities always available. Noisy restaurant at the back and they were cleaning at 2 am which disturbed our sleep.

Good I have been a regular customer at this hotel for the past 20 years,having stayed here at least 12 times.However,after visiting again after 5 years,i was highly disappointed.The toilet had a persistent bad odor,which made my stay very uncomfortable..While the staff were excellent and very helpful,the overall experience was far below my expectations.Unfortunately,this will be my last stay at this hotel.

It was fairly close to the aqualine and the staff were OK. Breakfast was ok. Price was ok. Hotel staff kindly allowed us to leave our luggage there for the day The photos and the blurb seem to suggest that this hotel is more than it is. Price was ok but don't feel like I had a bargain. No restaurant so breakfast was served in the room and it consisted of toast and an omelette. Bathroom and general room starting to look tired and worn. Bathroom window was a shutter we couldn't close and a net so noise from outside travelled easily. Stayed for two days and it was acceptable, I wouldn't have enjoyed a week
