Forrest Hostels

I had a pleasant stay at Forrest Hostels. The overall environment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist whenever needed. The rooms and common areas were hygienic, and the facilities provided met my expectations. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, making my stay enjoyable. I appreciate the efforts of the management and staff in ensuring a comfortable experience for guests. Thank you to the entire Forrest Hostels team for the hospitality. I would be happy to stay here again in the future and would recommend it to others as well. Overall, my stay at Forrest Hostels was comfortable and pleasant. However, one aspect I did not like was the fish market located outside the hostel. The area often had a strong unpleasant odor, which was noticeable whenever I entered or left the hostel. While I understand this is beyond the hostel's direct control, it did affect the overall experience.

The cleaniness can improve.

Location is meh. The staff was very meh. The smoking allowed in the common area is very meh. The price was a bit high for a dorm.

Very clean. Bathroom and toilets get cleaned constantly throughout the day. Good value for money. Mediocre location. It’s right inside a fish market. And although the smell doesn’t bother me much, the place is not walkable to tourist spots-and a long walk to the nearest metro station.

Didn't have breakfast in the Forrest Hostel. But had dinner for 2days. The paratha and Thalipith in Bombay Cafe was delicious. Food is good. Location is comfortable. Staff is humble. Upper bunk beds are little difficult to stay. I suggest to make improvements if possible.

It’s far from the sites in South Mumbai but the metro is only a 10 min walk

Bring earplugs because bed fans are super loud

Such a neat and clean, well organised and 24 × 7 in & out of freedom, felt like a home. Mumbai Cafe provides good food with a variety of options that make it more comfortable. I definitely recommend Forrest Hostels to fellow solo travelers.

People were consuming alcohol, and the location of hostel is very scary

I didn’t like it to be honest, though one of the ladies who works there were very helpful. The property location isn’t good, it’s in the middle of an old stinky market. I planned to stay there only for 18 hours because I am in transit so needed to sleep a little bit, after I felt a sleep one of employees woke me up saying it’s check out time!!! Moreover, after staying there for only three hours they asked me to take my luggage and leave it at the reception and they said the dorms won’t be available for 7 hours for maintenance because they found rats!!!!!!!! Didn’t mention the strange smell and the weird repetitive noise.

Staff always need money U need to take luggage your own nobody helps to you to.lift up . The rooms are at 1st floor so you need to lift the luggage
