one of the best hotel i love to stay when i am in Mumbai for work or holidays, It feels like home away from home. the staff are super friendly and helpful and specially Mr. NAVAL who always makes sure I am comfortable. The hotel also give free upgrade if you are a regular guest. I love this hotel and the residence is just another level of luxury.... nothing could be said

The hospitality was truly exceptional; every staff member we encountered was kind, helpful, and committed to making our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast spread was fantastic and is a must-try. Hotel needs uplifting... smell is very strong (in the past it was not like that). Some of the staff were not courteous at all Guests were loud in the corridors at night

The hotel location is nice. Breakfast is very good. The lobby also is nice. Though good; it is not of 5 star standard; maybe 4 star. We stayed at the 1 bedroom apartment. The flooring for the room was carpeted (no marble/ tiling) and the carpet was dirty with patches. The walls are also very plain white with no wall hangings etc reqd of a 5 start hotel. In many places the walls look old; needing repaint. It is highly overpriced for what it can offer.

Everything was great! People were very nice and kind and what we love the most was the food!!! That breakfast buffet is to die for!!! We loved it. Everything was great but the only thing that we didn’t like was that on the advertisement here it shows that it has a play area for kids but when we got there everyone told us that they don’t have such thing (we traveled with our 1 y/o baby). Otherwise things were good. Service was a bit slow but ok

Beautiful upscale property with exceptionally friendly and kind staff. They graciously accommodated our request for an early check-in. The breakfast was great, and the location is convenient—just about a 15-minute drive to the US Embassy. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a very comfortable stay. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming, making it perfect for both families and business travelers. We will be coming back again in future :) Food of onsite Indian restaurant was okay ish.
