Good Location, friendly and helpful staff Room sizes and heights were crazy small, the air was bad, .. The economy double room ceiling was way under 1,8m (6 ft), without notice. Upon requesting a room I could stand in upright, the alternative was two separate one bed mini rooms where there was not even place for one bigger backpack, the air was muffy and only one barely working socket per room Breakfast ended up being a minimal, cheap order at the restaurant below, where the waiter barely answered or talked to us, especially my wife. After traveling for almost a month in India, this was our worst experience and the worst value for money.

I loved the location of the property. The staff was quite helpful and rooms and hotel were very clean. For the pricing, there should have been a kettle + tea,coffee sachets. the rooms were too small for 'Deluxe Double Room' The size of room could have been bigger instead of a balcony.

After 5th floor, stairs. So not good for seniors & special people to take stairs. It's cheaper but no lift ? after last 2 floors.

The location is good, near the gate of India, Colaba Market, food options The hotel is in the city centre so prepare for honking noises all day and night.

Central, happening location, great views from 6th floor terrace to enjoy sunset and the action around Victoria Train Stn, very clean shared WC, clean linens/towels, hot water in nice rain shower, had my own coffee & they supplied water anytime. A/C worked great. I also checked a room with private WC, and they are good, but I liked being up on the 7th floor to enjoy the breeze and action of Mumbai. Very safe for a single woman. Good veg restaurant below. Ceilings low where economy single rooms located on upper floors. No problem for me, but wouldn't suit someone over 6ft. Prices stated at hotel reception lower than my supposed genius level 3 deal on the booking site. Not a hotel issue, but booking should do better. I plan to return.

shortcomings. Pricey. The hotel is right across from CST railway station. The room was clean. The elevator worked. The room is very tiny: the "deluxe double room" measures just 2.5x2.5 meters. You can hardly turn in the attached bathroom. A small window opens onto the roof. Breakfast was included in the room rate, but I did not receive it: when checking-in I was told that breakfast would be available at 8 a.m. the next morning in the restaurant downstairs. However, at that time the restaurant was still closed and I was told to wait and breakfast would be served in my room - which I declined as there was no chair and I would need to have it on the bed. The TV didn't work and despite reporting it wasn't fixed during my stay. All in all, the room is overpriced, even for Mumbai.
