Dirty room, walls, floor, bed sheets. Bugs and mouse in the room. We found our bread eaten by mice when woke up in the morning. We skipped free breakfast to avoid health risks. staff had poor communication and no manner. Poor rating for cleanliness and staff.

Nothing You had taken payment for breakfast and never served it. Also said you don’t have kitchen and will buy from street vendors after 10 AM. Very impolite behavior of the satf

There is nothing to like about this property! The hotel's name is actually Hotel Park Palace. When we arrived 4 hours early for check-in, we were asked to pay Rs. 700 but did not receive any billing for it. During check-in, we noticed many guests complaining about the lack of water in the restrooms. When we checked in, there was water, but the flow was very slow. Additionally, the water heater in the bathroom was not working. Please avoid this hotel at all costs. Pay a little extra to stay somewhere more comfortable.

My recent experience at your establishment. Unfortunately, I found the behavior of your staff to be quite unsatisfactory. Their responses to my inquiries were rude and unhelpful, which made for a very unpleasant stay at your hotel. I regret to say that based on this experience, I would not recommend booking a stay at your hotel to others.

The staff were excellent comfortable mattress i had choosen the city view of room good condition of ac ,elevator,hot water running great,nice seating area in lobby.good for sort stay AC not working properly
