I didn’t like anything about this property and this should not been considered as a hotel Location, cleanliness, no lift, no windows, no cab was ready to come

Hotel is in very dirty place rooms are smelling badly. Even at the hotel out side very dirty. My wife was able to go to third floor due to problem in knee dr has advised her to climb by stairs There is no lift in hotel.very below stanard One Request to Booking Dot come please get ride of this hotel. Last but not least I will never book hotel through booking.com I explained everything above

The staff were kind and nice. Eventhough some of them couldn't speak English they helped me. And we managed to communicate. They are very knowledge able about Internet and phones, scanning documents etc. It is close to the national airport, but it is quite far from international airport.

location was fine as it is near airport and metro line. beds were comfortable and sheets looked almost clean. we didn't get room we reserved online. this one was real dump. it smelled awfully ( room smelled like a damp and toillet like a piss ) we could hardly breathe inside. there was no window. we got breakfast but didn't have faith in cleanless so we left it. before trip i got like a dozen messages to pay online- it's some kind of fraud, i think their account is hacked. staff hardly speaks english. maybe other rooms are better, idk.
