Very Close to metro station Tv channels good Room in very bad condition Rats , mosquitoes found in loving room. and foul smell always in bathroom. Uber or Ola will not come for pickup or drop. Have to walk 100 myrs from. Main road.

There was no drinking water, and again, has to ask for it. Soap provided was already wet (appears to have been already used). Towel was old and torn at edges. The cup-board had no doors and was open. Room, bed & pillow was okay.

This place is about a 10-minute drive from the international airport. The staff is very friendly and helped us with some packing issues. The place is open 24 hours a day, so we could check out at 3:30 a.m. The AC in my room was leaking water and we had to switch it off for the entire stay. Though there was a fan, the room was soon stuffy as there was no window for air circulation. The bedsheets could have been cleaner. The kids in the neighborhood entered the property and were playing making a lot of noise.

They let me check in early and staff was helpful. Reasonable price for Mumbai with good facilities such as free wifi, smart TV and staff were bringing food to the room for little extra price and we were allow to eat in room. I saw some bedbugs which bit my son and cockroaches were roaming around. Some other insects too in toilet. When I checked in there were lots smoking ash in toilet and toilet was not clean either. Door lock was tricky to open. Among two people they only gave one dining chair.
