⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms look nothing like the pictures shown on Booking.com — the actual condition was shabby, untidy, and far from what was promised. The location is very crowded and congested, and you even have to climb stairs to reach the first floor before accessing the lift, which is very inconvenient, especially with luggage. The corridor is so narrow that it’s difficult to walk comfortably, and the rooms and washrooms were dirty and poorly maintained. There was no hot water facility, and to make things worse, the AC temperature is fixed at 24°C — you can’t adjust it at all. Overall, the stay was not at all value for money. The hotel management should update the misleading photos on the booking site and work on improving cleanliness and basic amenities. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. The reviews on the booking site seem misleading and not genuine. My experience was completely different from what was shown or mentioned online.

Nothing. This hotel is a scam. The building is a horror house full of rats and cockroaches. I was scared to get in. The area where it's located is madness. Marketplace shabby stalls everywhere extremely loud. So crowded that no place for an ant to enter. Unbelievable. We needed to get the hell out of there asap.

I booked for elderly parents, the hotel has 30 steps from ground floor to the hotel. So book for those who can climb stairs. My parents told staff was good , room was okay. The hotel people didn't answered on WhatsApp at all through the time of booking, they responded only when they wanted payment and sent screenshot of QR code. Good for price. The hotel people didn't answered on WhatsApp at all through the time of booking, they responded only when they wanted payment and sent screenshot of QR code. After calling them they won't pick calls and in return give a missed call, this keeps happening until you give up

The only good thing was the station, from which you could reach the central station in a couple of minutes. It was hard to find, the address on the Google maps was wrong. Inside the building we saw people manufacturing clothes, only later did we find the elevator that takes you up to the hotel. At the reception, we had a scary moment when the receptionist took our passports and put them in his desk drawer. We had photo copies of our passports ready, but he insisted on keeping the passports. We waited at the reception for 10 minutes, too scared to let the man with the passports out of our sight. We eventually got them back, but later the same night another receptionist asked for our passports again. In our room there were cockroaches, ants, all kinds off bugs crawling around in our room. The sheets were dirty, the floors, the bathroom - all dirty and looked like they weren't cleaned in months. The neighbourhood has the most intense traffic I've seen in Mumbai, huge trucks squeezing through the narrow streets with a bunch of people with scooters running about. So be mindful of that, because it can get pretty dangerous just trying to walk down to the hotel.

Nothing to like Everything I didnt like, first of all cockroaches on the floor, Television is not working, and I informed to the hotel staff he is also tried something but it doesn't work. The room also not clean everywhere there is lot of dust. I'm very upset and last thing is the room is not like that photo in the booking.com which posted by the hotel.

Nice people. Helpful and allowed for very early check-in. Very good location 1min from the metro, close to the railway station and quick access to the city center. Choice between a room without AC and a room without window. On top on a shady building in a busy street. Noisy.
