Excellent staff and very humble Owner Size of the room and would have preferred room service!!

Hotel location is very good and rooms are pretty decent and clean. Overall experience at the hotel was good except reception staff. Despite breakfast being included in the booking, it was not offered or communicated. One receptionist denied it, but another confirmed during checkout (after 5 days of stay) that it was included.

Breakfast - The hotel does not offer breakfast on-site; instead, they have partnered with an external restaurant to provide a limited selection. We are not permitted to request additional food, and the staff's behavior is unacceptable. They lack organization and discipline in their conduct. Regarding the location, we cannot bring our car close to the hotel due to the narrow and cramped lanes. I would like to express my disappointment regarding my stay, which I had booked based on the photos shared on the booking.com website. Upon our arrival at the hotel, I was genuinely shocked by the room and the poor hospitality from the staff. I had requested an early check-in at 6 AM, coinciding with our arrival time, but the hotel initially denied us entry. They eventually allowed us to check in, but only under the condition that we would have to check out at 6 AM. When we saw the standard room, we found it to be very small and uncomfortable for a family. The air conditioning was inadequate. We attempted to cancel our booking within an hour, but they refused, claiming we had already confirmed with Booking.com, and they insisted we pay for one night's stay. Eventually, they offered us an executive room, and we temporarily agreed to move there. However, that same evening, we relocated to a much better hotel (Swamiraj) for the same price, which offered superior facilities, excellent hospitality, and a higher ranking. Overall, I strongly urge Booking.com to remove this hotel from their listings, as it does not meet quality standards. I had an extremely negative experience with the staff, who exhibited the worst behavior. The hotel offers no value for money, and the staff are unfriendly and insincere. They are essentially deceiving customers. There are better hotel options available in the area. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and would like to request a refund from Booking.com for my one-night stay.

Staff was good , Bathroom and water facility excellent Room size was too small . Even it can not fit in criteria i guess.

As per price the room was very small and smell is coming . Not good for 4000rs.

I believe Sandeep is fantastic staff, a good worker and service man. He is an asset to the hotel. Thank him for his service and support.

We were charged additionally for a full day when we checked out at 12.30 PM. We weren't informed of the extra charges and we were clear about our plans to check out. The staff assumed we wanted to stay an additional day and charged us extra money. Senior manager Sumit was the primary culprit of this daylight robbery. They forced and coerced us to pay. There is nothing to like about the property. The reason was no one ever tried to pick up the call when it was emergency.it was a great loss I was going to tip the guy who helped me carrying my luggage when i checked in but i refused because he asked me first to tip. No one ever asked me tips in other property

Booking.com is a Joke. See pictures attached of a 5* Hotel advertised by Booking.com This property is advertised as a 5* and no way this is even officially 1 star rated. After reaching the location, the reception tell me that the hotel has customer review of 5! I had walk off from this place and decided not to checkin. Called Booking.com customer service which was pathetic! Waste of time in the night after a long travel. Booking.com is a Joke, i never expected that such a big name does not even validate the fact that this Hotel is not officially rates a 5*. Upon complaining, I am told it is 5*. Really, I am sure there have a mean to provide a proof of the same to me. Shit Booking.com customer service,

Pretty average rooms for the cost. Rude and unprofessional staff My elderly parents were travelling to Mumbai after overnight bus journey and were going to reach earlier than checkin time (2hrs). I booked the rooms via booking.com and had requested early check-in option. The manager told me not to book online and pay him directly if i wanted early check-in and was asking 1000rs extra. When my parents reached the hotel, he refused to check them in even though rooms were available. He kept demanding extra 1000rs for just 1hr. Senior citizens need washroom access in the morning, but he denied them that too, forget the rooms. Raghu was his name.

Staff were helpless and rude. Was told that cctv is continously watched from owners of the hotel,etc.. Not a nice experience at all, wasn't expecting bells and whistles but a basic courtesy and standard bare minimum customer service, none of which was available here. Nothing, stay away from hotel as they don't understand the basic of how to communicate,interact with a paying guest.
