Very nice staff and lovely interior. Breakfast was okay, but could do somewhat better.

Breakfast was delicious, extremely friendly staff. The restaurant underneath the hotel is delicious for most meals with super attentive and kind staff. Rooms were pretty spacious and comfortable. Downside was: noise. Lots of club-type music in the evenings that came right through the floor (we were staying on the 1st floor) and construction on the roof that went on most of the day. Tough to work in the room or sleep before around midnight. Bring earplugs for sure.

Everything about this space is amazing - boutique and lovely. Curated beautiful spaces, great food, and warm hospitality. Nothing at all. It was perfect

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights in August 2025, and I loved the location of the Kin Hotel. I had a great corner room - spacious than what you get in Bombay generally. It was not cheap but with the location being what it was the comfort of the room was great value for money. It was also quiet inspite of being in a busy area. The room had great design details. The breakfast offered was indifferent and I found the breakfast service a little indifferent too - the coffee machine didn’t work two of the days I had breakfast and the options offered were not that many. That said the food from the restaurant which I had one night was good.

Room designs were nice. Bathroom was nice! Some of the dishes in the restaurant were great - I suggest the fish. breakfast was hit and miss; one day the eggs were crazy undercooked, the next they were fine. Lobby is tacky. The restaurant is nice, but the music in restaurant is way too loud, especially in the mornings. Power went out one night for a few hours (not their fault obviously, but frustrating) AC broke the last day (they offered to swap my room, which was great). Room smelled moldy/musty, frustrating, but not unexpected in this part of the world. I asked the front desk to arrange for laundry service; first they could do it, then they couldn't do it, then they could do it again - felt like they were just being lazy and didn't want to arrange for the service. In the end, they charged an absurd amount to do it.
