Waiters very friendly The guest service is consistently looking for opportunities to deceive. I had reserved a deluxe double room, yet I was assigned a standard deluxe double bed room. I accepted this arrangement due to my unfamiliarity with the room types. Eventually, I discovered that I was actually placed in a premium room, which costs 2799, while they insisted I was given a deluxe double. Furthermore, no one informed me about the checkout time, unlike other hotels. They observed me moving around and I mentioned my intention to check out today, but they remained silent, seemingly aiming to charge me for an additional night. This hotel experience was disappointing and unsatisfactory.
