This hotel has very few staff working. There isn't a single human being present at the reception desk; everything is handled via a machine that connects you with someone in Asia.

Big rooms queen size beds clean up to date atmosphere Went to check out pool and the worker didn’t tell me it was closed just locked us out and had to pound on door to get back in all she had to do was say not to go out there

Hotel is well maintained. Lobby is very modern. Room was very clean; clean bedsheets and very clean bathroom. This is always my hotel of choice.

Always enjoy my stay at this property. The rooms look good, I like how they are furnished. They have PLENTY of wall outlets. Nice size tv. A sofa in the room. A humidifier. A larger fridge (not full-size but a 10 can one either). This particular stay in June, someone was setting off fireworks outside at like 10pm. It sounded close enough that it was a guest in the parking lot but I only heard 2. But they can’t control that. I’ve never used the pool here but it looks nice.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are great but the check in process with the kiosks and webcams are ridiculous. The backup staff were non english speaking which is wild because they're just housekeepers. I had to be let into my room while they figured out how to get my key to print & then someone walked into our room over an hour before checkout time.

It's conveniently located.The cost is fair. Its was clean.Shower pressure is good. Rooms are spacious. The elevator was very slow. Bed was comfortable but pillows are to small.
