The amenities provided are exceptional.

Pool According to breakfast included and I didn't have it. In addition, they charged the amount of the room to my card again despite paying for it by booking

We’ve been coming here for over 20 years, and this hotel never disappoints. It’s become a family tradition to visit at least once a year. We had such a great time this weekend for my mom‘s birthday. Staff is really attentive and property continues to improve.

I have stayed multiple times and keep coming back!

Amazing property!!!!

Breakfast was five star. Food by the pools was excellent as well. However, dinner at Tarpon Bay and Tanglewoods need major improvement. Dinner options. Only good food was in the bar area.

The Lazy River was a hit with everyone in the family. I’m 72ys old and loved sliding down the tube slide wth my grandsons! The staff at the front desk were accommodating and friendly and professional! We try to stay every summer and always enjoy the wonderful amenities!!

There were many things to do. Many activities for the kids, everybody was very nice. The beach and the transportation to get there was amazing. We got to see a dolphin. The food was very good specially the breakfast. Very good Customer Service. They think of every detail. I think housekeeping has to do a better job. The area underneath the TV was very dusty and dirty. As well as the bathroom and inside the closet, they have to dust all the lamps, they have to do a better cleaning job.

When we arrived, we had to wait over an hour while maintenance tried to fix our room door. After all that time, the door still wasn’t working. I spoke with a manager, who responded with an attitude instead of trying to make things right. We were finally moved to another room over an hour later, only to discover that the TV didn’t work there either. We reported it, and the staff showed little to no concern. The resort has amazing amenities and is a gorgeous place to visit, but the customer service was incredibly disappointing. Many of the younger staff members came across as rude, unprofessional, and uninterested in helping guests. A luxury resort should provide a luxury level of service, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of that expectation. I hope management focuses on improving customer service because the property deserves a staff that matches the quality of the resort.

They hotel is nice enough but to say it is luxury it is an overstatement. The hotel seems faily newly renovated and the facilities are good but not for the price. The location is ok, in an area where a lot of building is going on and many new businesses opening. Said that… it feels that there is something missing for them to be able to charge what they charge. The staff are ok but do not go far to please you… very few staffers actually do that. Most only talk the basics with you. For a hotel that uses the term “luxury” it is a bit odd as they don’t even pick up the phone at reception. I must say positive things about the kids club though. It is not cheap if you compare with others but they have a nice space and the staff does what they can to tire kids out instead of just letting them watch tv… and they do offer it every day what is quite a plus! Not sure I would go back there though…
