The staff was great and breakfast was great!

The staff is great. The place is immaculate when it comes to clean. I did have a problem with WiFi and 5G+ working on the 3rd floor where I stayed for 14 days. I had stand by the window to get 5G+ to work or by the door to my room to get WiFi to work. Also the cable went out about 6 days into my stay. Which sucks but I had my Apple TV which had problems getting WiFi or my phone hotspot. I was working nights. Every morning and I mean EVERY MORNING I came back to shower and rest I’d get up to the 3rd floor and my rook card key would not work. I mean so frustrating! That mean all the way down elevator 5 min at the desk the elevator up to the 3rd floor again when I was so tired and feeling too lazy to have to do every morning. I kept thinking I would just go to the front desk first instead of coming up to the third floor, but for some reason, I kept giving it the benefit of the doubt that it was gonna work this time and it never did pain in my behind, but overall a great day can’t complain. At least it was super clean and there was no bedbugs!

We star in room 331. Room is nice and clean but the is no wifi in room and the hairdryer is not working.

The staff were helpful and friendly. However, on our first night, the room had a musty odor and damp carpet (throughout the room). We were able to move to another room on our second night but this second room also had a musty odor and damp carpet throughout the room. We associated this problem with the air conditioning units which cooled the rooms but did not remove the humid air. We will not stay in this hotel again!

We were pleased with our stay. It was a safe area. The staff were nice. We would stay there again. The only issue we had was a noise heard very often mainly on the evenings and overnight. It may have happened during the day time , we just were not there during that time. The noise seemed to be something mechanical. It was reoccurring about every 10/15 mins. We were able to eventually ignore it and fall asleep. Something I am sure the hotel is already aware of and I hope are working to fix. Sometimes things happen, so we just made the best of it.

The property was really good. The room was great but their bed pillows really sucked we had to each that were twin sized for a king sized bed that were knotty and uncomfortable the bed itself was good just the pillows sucked The pillows on the bed were uncomfortable and the staff were very distraught when I had questions especially when I went to check out I wanted a receipt because I brought my dog the clerk was having to help with breakfast cleaning and was kind of rude but I brushed it off and then couldn’t give me a receipt because I booked through booking.com but they took my credit card for the dog and incidentals also had to get my key card reprogrammed 3x and we never had the keys near any electronics as when I checked in they told me not to do

Breakfast was simple and great. I recommend the waffle made fresh. Comfortable bed and convenient location

Bathroom in the room smell like wet, moldy towels. The other people that had rooms was loud, slamming doors and making loud noise. I don’t think we will not be staying there again. We will pay the extra money to stay somewhere.

good staff interactions; pet-friendly breakfast offerings were minimal; hallways were dirty and smelly (and I realize this might have been because of using disinfectent in the "pet wing.") Bathroom badly designed and badly lit. Room lighting was also poor. Mainly, the entire place felt dingy. I won't stay there again.
