We enjoyed our stay here, rooms were very spacious and comfortable and staff were really friendly. The hotel is just outside from the main area which was a good thing because it was a quiet location at night which made it a better stay.

Decent price last minute in a location I needed to be near. Late check-in. Easy to find and drop/pickup. Could use some paint, updating of furniture or stains removed, door to bathroom is embarrassing. Flooring was a diy mistake. Not home inspecting, but definitely got what was paid for. Little TLC would go a long way at this place and the nightly rate would be significant for the owners. Security guard seemed a little sus on judgement body language. Spoke some burmese to him and mic dropped...jk kept my burmese/myanmar phrases to myself, was too exhausted.

everything Being late afternoon the pool was dirty

Location of property was good for town and beach We had a bungalow and there is a steep hill to climb,not good for anyone with walking difficulties

Location, large room. Filthy bath would not drain. shower did not work properly. rooms not insulated from outside so aircon worked but a big waste of energy.
