The check-in process was lengthy and super particular. The restaurant looked cute but the bartender gave us attitude when we asked for ice, after we were told at check-in that we could ask for ice at any time. There was mold on the shower curtain. The room was tiny with zero decorations.

Near downtown, beaches, stores, bakery, liquor stores, walking distance In the restaurant, the young woman that served us was unfriendly. The breakfast was bland, tasteless

Rooms should be better equipped. It didn’t have basic amenities like iron/blow dryer and other utilities were very low (TV and table). Water heater in shower is warm, but not hot. Parking space is also uncomfortable and in rough shape.

So the only thing that we didn't enjoy was the noisy traffic. Because we had a room in front, maybe the ones in the back wouldn't be so noisy. It would have been nice to have a table or a desk and chair in the room. Besides that, everything else was wonderful would definitely come again.

Area and cleanliness. Pool area looked nice. Great restaurant on property. So many rules with fines. Some were too much. For example, leaving lights on. The refrigerator was even unplugged. Also the second floor front balcony faces a bunch of wires. Nightstand does not have a USB port or extension cord to plug phones.

Staff, location, has parking, restaurant in the hotel. I did't lile the room at all, however had a good room space and was king bed. Our room in the 2nd bulding, third floor, not a hotel quality. Not a good value for price. However, the King bed was confortable, everything else looked deteriorate, like excesive use. I attach pictures that explaing by them self. Is like they improvise and builded that rooms. Roof on zinc (or similar material). The bathroom outdated, they did not even try to but a decent or even a cheap sink cabinet to cover all the pipes.

Very attentive staff. Very good restaurant. The noise in the pool from the pumps in the waterfalls Lounge chairs in the pool were uncomfortable.

Everything was great but the pool is always down for maintenance. The pool was closed 50 hours out of the 72 we were there

The room itself could have used a dresser for our clothes. There was really no place to unpack our clothes.
