the place is accessible to the beach, main road and tour pick ups, staff are friendly and welcoming, clean and comfortable, definitely worth what we paid for! maybe, they can be pet friendly too..

It is situated in station 1 and is perfect location I think there was a rat, not inside the room but within the walls. Breakfast is really sad.

The location is in a quiet location, its not beside the road, and not next to the party places. The interior lights in the room are not so bright, and the room table is small for families with kids.

Near station 1 There were rats inside the walls of the facility and we can hear them playing around especially at night time.

The staff are all friendly and very warm. They made me feel so welcome. They even prepared the free breakfast to take with me as the pick up to the airport was at 06:00.

I really liked the staff – they were friendly and always willing to help. I enjoyed the breakfast on the rooftop, though the menu initially didn’t align with my standards. However, they were very accommodating and adjusted the breakfast for me. Since I don’t eat meat and love healthy options, the salad and egg whites they prepared were perfect! The hotel is modest and small but cozy and quiet, even though it’s right in the middle of everything. The location is fantastic, with proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants, and spas. They provided towels and umbrellas for the beach, which was a nice touch. The room had a small balcony and was well-equipped, making it comfortable for one person. They even offer food and massage delivery to the room, which added to the convenience. I also loved that Pig Out, my favorite restaurant on the entire island, is right across the street! What I didn’t like was the path to the beach – it was dirty and smelly. While it’s only a two-minute walk, it’s unpleasant to deal with every day. The AC in the room was noisy and blew hard from a single unit, which made it uncomfortable. The bathroom definitely needs renovation, and I missed having an iron and ironing board. The blow dryer provided was old, so I didn’t use it. They greeted me with a welcome drink, which I didn’t drink as I was thirsty for water. When I asked for a bottle of water, they gave it to me but didn’t mention it would be charged to my bill, which I only found out at the end. In general, the local culture seems to be about saying ‘yes’ to everything without being transparent about additional charges, which I found annoying. Lastly, I didn’t like that they held the deposit in local pesos in cash. It’s very inconvenient, especially for travelers.

It would have been good to know ahead of time the hotel's preferred policy for housekeeping. We would have appreciated some fresh new towels but we caught on that we could request as needed.

Location is near the beach front. 1. Not value for money. You can find a cheaper and more comfortable one nearby. 2. It says new hotel but it's old. 3. The night staff was not polite. She knocked on the door even though my friends were sleeping already because it was past 11pm to charge us with additional fee even though there was a deposit of 3k. We end up moving to a cheaper and better hotel the next night. 4. No proper maintenance to kill insects that bite. 5. I don’t know but i don’t like the breakfast. I end up eating somewhere.
