Everything and everyone The Infinity Pool is under renovation.

Book here for the rooftop pool pictured on the site, only to find out it is has been closed for over a month., and will be closed until July. Instead we got construction noise all day. The air conditioning flooded the room with water. No wifi daily.

Room is clean and well maintained. Loved the breakfast buffet. Room is a bit dark since there is no option apart from warm light.

The location is excellent, close proximity to Dmall, beach and a lot of restaurants. Everything is walking distance Apart from the front desk other staff members had warmth and welcoming feel missing. Either they are bored of their work or just working for the sake of it. When checking in they have 2 towels tokens and mentioned that these need to be presented to the staff at 2 nd floor for beach towels. We did not know that those tokens were needed to be handed over even while issuing towels, when using the hotel pool. We had a 1 year old kid and he felt cold after playing In the pool. We asked for a towel, the staff just did not issue the towel, and asked us to get the token from the room. The breakfast spread is a formality. A small salad bowl was kept which could serve only 1-2 pax. It needed to be refilled every minute during peak hours, which did not happen as the restaurant was short of staff and they were busy looking after other guests. No fresh cut fruits, canned fruits were kept which was strange for a hotel in a tropical country that has a lot of local fruits. There was no live kitchen and one has to choose from the available breakfast options. Adding some photos taken at 9:30 AM, breakfast time was 6-10 AM. We spoke to the duty manager and told her that staff was not willing to refill the items at 9:30. She told us we should have gone early, around 8 AM for the breakfast. Such was her audacity, instead of speaking to the staff to improve service the manager tells the guests to be early for breakfast, wow!

Breakfast is like from a 2* hotel, not 4* resort. I can't even understand how that breakfast "selection" was approved.

Receptionist were very helpful.They let us to check in one hour early.They had nice smiles and very professional. Room and bathroom is not that spacious.

Limited selection of breakfast or we just expect so much based on the videos we saw on youtube. 1st room that we had everything is not working properly, AC, hot shower, lights for make up room request, drainage and lastly the water fountain to our plunge pool. But they are accommodating enough to change our room and be comfortable.

I’ve been to several hotels in Boracay, but this is by far the best (in terms of value for money). Location: step outside and cross the street and you’ll be at DMall, the easiest access to the White Beach. (Plus it’s just in front of Jollibee!) Room: TV cable has a variety of (working) channels, but it turns off after an hour or so, it’s a bit inconvenient. There’s a safe and small refrigerator. The bed is comfy. There’s an expansive corner where you can work with your laptop. I have a view of Bulabog beach. There’s a stuff thingy for hanging wet clothes at the veranda. Shower is good, you don’t need to be an alchemist to mix a good water tempt, though warming the water takes time. Staff ensures that your room is clean everyday. New towels, toiletries etc. Staff: The hotel has the warmest staff ever. But there are those who were just forced to greet you as part of the hotel’s rule, you can always tell. Amenities: Two pools, one just near their restaurant and one infinity pool with a faraway view of the beach. The infinity pool closes at night which is a bummer because what about the night view? The buffet breakfast has a good variety everyday and it opens at 6am! It closes at 10am so bummer again. Other details: it’s a bit hard to find your room at first because of the hotel’s architecture. Best to seek the staff’s aid. Nothing. Just a suggestion, I’m not sure if they have it already, but it’s good to offer a room for single travelers. I booked a room for two and it’s so huge :)

Very nice hotel, close to the beach and all local amenities. Friendly staff, clean room. Great food selection for breakfast. 2 nice pools including a roof pool looking out over the sea. Will definitely stay here for my next visit.

very accessible to everything, close proximity to resto, shopping complex, pharmacy. Awesome room service when we needed something. we wanted to use our complimentary drinks, no one was at the bar to attend to us. This was a 2 incident thing. We went there at 2 pm, then the following day at 4:30 pm. Other than that, no complaints at all.
