The room was spacious with an excellent breakfast served every morning on the balcony. Nice desk for a digital nomad and large bathroom to accommodate 2 at a time Having to check out and leave

Me and my husband were on our baby-honeymoon and the staff at Greenyard Inn made us feel very special and welcomed at their hotel.

Very spacious, very clean, kitchen space, strong WIFI, comfy bed and it is not rough on the skin, AC working great. Fridge works great and clean too. Enough Bathroom Space with Bidet! And Balcony of your own! Change towels and bedsheets every 3 days for long staying guests. There is absolutely no smell of old wood or anything bad. They got books too. I read one and it was “A Man Named Dave.” Great book! Would love to stay again! When it rains, it pours big time and it’s ankle deep. So you have to take the other route through Turtle Inn. Breakfast is just so small. It’s like served for a kid. My partner is 6’1, and his breakfast is 1 piece of Bacon cut in 4 pieces, a small egg and 2 slices of bread. So for him as a big guy, it’s really just not enough on the plate. But we just get what we paid for. I can’t complain because mine is good. It’s really a lot of walking from Greenyard Inn going to Station 2. Takes me 10 mins and I am not a slow walker. ? Can always choose to ride the trike though.

Walter, the owner, is a very helpful person. Was nice to can talk with him about lot of things. View from bungalow to Port Barton bay is great!!

The chill ambiance. Peter his wife and staff understand customer service. Three minute stroll to that beautiful beach. Wow. The internet is better than was previously rated at 20mg down and 10mg up. The breakfast set us up for the day. We are planning on returning for a month in December. Can’t praise this little friendly Hotel enough The mosquitoes but if you’re in a well watered quiet garden you have to expect that

All was great, for the price paid it was perfect in all ways. Could possibly be the breakfast that was maybe a little bit tiny for a big nordic viking such as myself. But it was still ok.

Close to the beach Bit of a long walk from main road, hard to find first time.

Place was spotless, owner and staff friendly and ready to help. We were there in May and it was quiet. You could hear music on a beach but few meters away in apartment was silent. No complaints

The location itself to the beach is amazing. 2 minutes walk only. The only downside is when you wanna check out or in. No E-bikes can get there so you have to walk a bit carrying your luggages to reach the location.

- Spacious room - nice stuff - nice tarrace - seems like we were upgraded for free - internet was good enough for work, if you need faster, globe 5g reception was great and very fast - place for work with a chair - the breakfast was very basic, if you go for western options, you will just get one egg with 2 toasts, slice of ham, butter and jam. if you want two eggs, you will pay another 30php which is OK but come on, lets higher the price and provide a decent breakfast with some fruits and vegetables, everyone will appreciate
