Communication was simple, the place was clean, and the service thoughtful. The rooms are well appointed although they were not particularly "sea view" as advertised, just the common area was. I would have appreciated the advice that during "Amihan" season, the winds could get very very strong, making the beach unswimmable.

Excellent place to stay away from the busyness of white beach. There is easy access to all the sites due to a hop on hop off bus stop right around the corner. Fridge/freezer in the room. Perfect for my needs

Amazing stay! The owners were so nice. There were no noise and the location is great if you don’t want to stay in the city centre (which you don’t). The beach in front was lovely and clean. Even though it was next to the harbour you didn’t really notice. It was so clean and a big room. Best hidden gem in Borecay. Nothing!

It's clean and very aesthetic. The aircon is excellent too. It's far from the main attraction like Dmall, station 1 to 3 and stores of souvenirs but it's easy to commute when you get used to the place. You can just ride a trike for 25 pesos each per person. The heater sometimes doesn't work within our 4 days stay but it's fine since most of the time it's working. My brother expected a bathtub but we didn't see one baka sa ibang room.

the beach infront of the property Noisy neighbors Food is tooo much for couples. It was a massive portion for me and my husband there is no other options the meal was for 6 people It was was a waste

Budget friendly beach front property! If you don't want to hear the bar scene on the other side of the island this is the place. I would recommend this to my friends. The only down side is that you have to commute to the famous beaches in the island.
