The room is being cleaned daily. The Wi-Fi seems decent for phone use, but not reliable enough for work. It would be better to have the same internet speed and stability in both the lobby and the rooms.

I don't like how the reception handle the inquiries. I feel she is not willing to help the guest. and the hotel can't accept cards. Only cash.

AC worked and quiet The Korean manager is the biggest issue, consistently aggressive, unprofessional, and disrespectful. He yelled at his wife, swore at me over the phone, and called me dumb when I raised a legitimate safety concern about a rusty door knob. Any attempt to get help was met with hostility rather than support. Completely unacceptable behavior toward a paying guest. I would not stay here again. Terrible experience. Wi-Fi barely works, hot water is unreliable, and the property feels poorly maintained.

The staff, location and price No glasses in room, only coffee cups

The room is clean, the staffs were courteous and helpful, the owner is approachable. Internet is fast and reliable. Also they have different books free to read, just approach their staffs. If you need a place that is calm and less noisy. This place is highly recommended. Hope they will offer breakfast soon. The resto on the ground floor is no longer available. But they provided options for nearby coffee shops and restaurants.

The bed is really comfortable I’m not sure if they forgot but there was no soap, toothbrush and toothpaste provided

I like the location and staff. No advertised that you have to put a deposit at check in. Very noisy in my room side as many roosters and hens start around 0400 am non stop.

The boss was good personality,only problem he forget to give me the Ambrella !Who Cebu Pacific loose in incheck baggage ,and after complaine,send to my hotel .But Korean boss forget to give me back ! I hope he has good use of it !???

All worth it

Nothing was too much trouble. Owners and staff were so helpful. We were in a small room but they upgraded us to a larger room, with kettle and cups. They offered their kitchen for us to use. Gave us beach towels. Young girl cooked our breakfast every morning was always smiling. This hotel was exceptional and could charge a lot more for rooms. Very close to beaches but nice and quiet as well. All staff were so friendly we felt part of the family. Well worth a stay. Absolutely nothing. Our stay was superb.

Everything was exactly what we wanted. Lovely clean room. Amazing staff. Amazing breakfast. Fast WiFi. Amazing location. Amazing value for money! Cockerels were a little loud. Would be nice to have an area in the room to dry off clothes after a rainy day or swimming costume after a beach day.

The owner and all the staff are really friendly, always smiling. We could also use their kitchen. The location is nice and quiet and if you want you are really fast close to everything.
