The hotel is already old, it needs a total renovation. I liked that it has a balcony and the AC is cold— though it’s just really noisy since it’s a window type and not an inverter.

The room we checked in had no lock for the bathroom. And the lock of the main door is kinda faulty but it somehow works when using the key

Front beach. Easy access to everything Old building, there was a time when I was sleeping at the middle of the night and there was a construction sounds like above my room. Annoying and disturbing

The door knobs were broken and it closes on its own. Oftentimes, it was hard to open the door. I needed to forcefully open it. The hotel looks old but the beds were pretty comfortable tho. It wasn't that bad at all we just experienced a little inconvenience. Also, the rates were pricy without a free breakfast.

The rooms specifically the bathrooms are old and mouldy. It is not baby friendly. Toilet flush is old and sometimes not working.

Big fan of this hotel if you know what you're getting into. Don't expect super luxury as the rooms feel a little out dated. But stay here for the location and possibly the price. It's close to the beach, just steps away and has a pool and restaurant below it. Beds are comfortable. Water bottles are provided. Will stay here again knowing what I know. I don't think there are any elevators so if your room is on the 2nd or 3rd floors, stairs will be the way to go. Not sure if all bathrooms have hot water shower. The first time I stayed here there was no hot water in the shower. Towels are more on the overused and over washed side. As for the beach, fortunately they have reserved beach seating but unfortunately, the beach assistants are too nice and let the other hotels next door take them.

Amazing ! Enjoyed our stay and recommendable. The Bass of the Disco Club beside but understandable. The place is best for Party Goers.

The place is accessible and quiet

Absolutely terrible rooms. The bigger bed was like a water bed and moved all the time. Not a single place to hang anything, there should be hooks in the room and bathroom. The bathroom was as basic as I've ever seen in the Philippines.

The staff are very amiable. They let us in 4 hours earlier without any additional charge. The hotel wasn't as modern as the others but I got what I paid for. They replied to my request abruptly. It is Near DMall and close to party places which is good for our bunso because she likes the crowd. Aircon is sooooo good and water heater is working. The best part was There was actually a renovation on going next to our room but as soon as I told the staff it was distracting us, they immediately postponed the work so we could enjoy our stay. The location of the CR is in the hall. It distracted us that the ventilation window is where people pass by, thinking someone might take a video or photos of us. I checked it from the outside and saw that it was covered by a screen, no phone can gen into. not sure , but still made me uncomfortable. You have to request for a rug, dustpan, and garbage to be picked up. There are crumbs of biscuit in the drawer left by the previous guests.
