Great Location. Beach front. Restaurant staff were awesome. Very friendly. The bathrooms were moldy, toilets were leaking, bed linen were dirty, beds were not made properly.

Location is seafront. Ptett much everything. The approach to the rooms was dark and very unattractive passing store rooms, wiring and electric junction boxes. The room very very dated with 1980's style bedding. The balcony faced the rear and again a poor aspect visually. I wouldn't drscribe this as hotel standard and we moved out after one night into thd EuroHotel which which was in fact cheaper with breakfast which wasn't included in this hotel. We tried to cancel this hotel one month in advance, but the hotel management and Booking.com were both unwilling to offer any kind of refund and communication was costly for us in phone calls from the UK.

The restaurant looked nice. Roaches, rats, the staff were sitting around not doing anything. They weren't really friendly. The outside of the building needs work. Owner doesn't care that letters are missing from the name, rooms look old and no repairs on furniture or lighting. Rooms do not match pictures. Food was over priced for its taste. Nobody ever came to ask if we needed anything.

Beach front and nice receptionist Nothing like the pictures!! Very disappointed with the price I paid for. Flooded and leaky when raining, aircon not working, toilets not flushing!

It's location. It was flooded when we arrived. There is no receptionist on duty. Only the guard who assisted us. The tables outside the room is not well maintained. The underwear we saw when we got there was still there when we checked out.

Its near D’mall and by the beach. Moldy and rusty bathroom. We occupy 4 room and all of them are moldy and rusty.hot water is not working that muchh Its loud to since they have singer during the night and you can hear it most especially of your room is upstairs.

Location wise, is what I like most. Deparis was right at the beach front. You can swim right away, no need to walk far. When it was raining so hard, the roof was leaking right at my bed. The air condition was not working properly, thermostat for hot water heater was not labeled properly ?
