The location and staff were amazing! Spacious clean rooms and nightly fire dancer shows as well as live music and kareoke. Nothing! I would stay here again in a hearbeat!

Great location ON the beach, excellent view of the beach & pool from our room. We loved the nightly fire dancers. Staff was super friendly (day of departure they even sent us home with coffee & sandwiches) Some nights the late-night music from next door made sleeping a bit of a challenge, some nights it was welcomed LOL.

I was supposed to have had a pool side view, unfortunately the view was of the house keeping cleaning cart and the designated smoking section. I don't smoke.

Location, location, location! Friendly and attentive staff, clean rooms! Located right on the beach. It is not in a quiet location so bring earplugs if noise is a distraction. The hotel has nightly entertainment. For Labor Day, party is right outside the hotel and goes until 4:30am…luckily I always travel with earplugs. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel has a fire show at 7 and 9 pm but the noice is over by the time one has to sleep. However, there is a bar/club on the right side and our room was adjacent to the speaker. We couldn’t sleep until 2AM once it closed. Although the staff was nice and offered us a room further away. We chose to check out after one night and book another hotel due to proximity. Great place for younger crowd who might be out enjoying the action.

Noise bars near the hotel make it hard to sleep the bar near it stop music at 2am

Staff were fantastic, bed was comfy and my room was nice and quiet at night. The food was great and breakfast met my expectations. The location is perfect as it is right in the middle of white beach and great if you want the convenience of all what White Beach has to offer. Do not recommend getting the rooms next to the pool as at night they have loud music and performances. So if you arrive and need a good night's sleep early in the evening, that will be a problem. My beds head board wa near the air conditioning unit.

Such a great hotel and such amazing staff can’t say enough about how fantastic they are. Hotel is clean, ac is great and beachfront is amazing to watch the sunsets. Highly recommend. Will be back!!!

This is the absolute best sunset views of any hotel we have stayed at. We loved the free fire shows.... amazing!!! The food is great and staff the best! Loved our stay here...will recommend to all our friends and family. Sometimes music was a bit loud after 10:00 pm... but acceptable.

No hot water to shower. Ac was leaking. . Small and old TV with 3 remote controllers that made it unpleasant to deal with. Alot of ? in the room.

Red Coconut is in need of updating toilets to smart TVs, bottom of the door with door sweep, internet slow with spotty connection, bed at least 25 years old- very hard and not comfortable, ac worked good, restaurant good, night entertainment excellent, view excellent. See above

Loved it! It’s right on the beach and the middle of stain #2, next door to D’Mall and restaurants, and it has nightly entertainment. The nightly bands and fire shows were amazing. We found ourselves eating at the hotel restaurant more than once! The pool was average.

Good location Good Resturant Didn’t have the room that was promised and I think that is a standard practice they have. The desk clerk was very practiced in his explanation of why the room was not available and the room I was getting was better. It wasn’t but it was ok. It won’t happen to me again if I ever go back.
