They fixed the AC when I told them it wasn’t getting cold in the room. Charlie terminated all 5 flies in the room by hand.

I love how the hotel is located in a very convenient location. The room was very spacious and had a lot of closet space. I highly recommend the in house restaurant, the food was absolutely delicious, we tried the seafood set. The seafood was fresh and delectable with the other accompanying dishes. The toilet bowl was not flushing properly. Unfortunately I was not able to report it to the staff. Otherwise the facilities are well equipped and furnished.

Staff were very attentive and friendly. Convenient access to both the road and beachfront. Nicely located between dmall and station 1 so we could choose our “vibe” for the day haha The door to our bathroom was kinda hard to close. Minor thing but the area to wash our feet is kinda smelly and looks dirty

No privacy in the sun bed’s because the sellers of the water tours and outside guests are always staying there

I like the staff because they are accommodating and friendly. I like how they are responding to our complaints and requests. The location is really great because its near to some establishments from Station 1 to Station 2 I just don't like the following: The compressor of the aircon is so noisy and does not give enough coldness. We have to request to change the aircon but still giving the same experience. CR does not have lock No elevator, not recommended for senior citizens.

I love the location is in the very center of all activities, beach front is the highlight of it. Nothing much…. But for some to know. Because it is really beachfront floors are always sandy but the staff make it a point to clean every now and then.

Air conditioner is really old and should probably get cleaned. Bathroom is too dark, lighting needs to be changed. There are also mosquitos coming in from the bathroom window.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Walk straight out onto the beach. Reasonable price.

Location Phone line needs to be fixed. Bathroom must be checked. There’s a bad odour that wont go away.

We love the location and most of all the hospitality of the staff, we stayed 6 days and they are always been help full to us when we need assistance. Smell of the sewer in the bathroom when are not used.
