I appreciated and enjoyed the hospitality of the staff and the delicious breakfast they serve that comes with the accomodations. There’s no constructive feedback I can provide as our stay was provided with exceptional service.

This is such a wonderful hotel. From the minute you arrive you feel at home. You’re greeted with a big smile,a drink and a necklace upon check-in. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable (needless to say, spotlessly clean!). There is always nice mellow music playing on the speakers and some evenings have live music. Staff is absolutely wonderful! Always chatty, attentive and welcoming. And to top it all, the location is perfect. It’s on a quiet stretch of the beach, away from all the big bars and party scene. Still walking distance if that’s your vibe, but you can always retreat to the peace and quiet if needed. Only a couple of rooms have ocean view, but honestly we didn’t even miss it. The restaurant and lounging area is right on the beach so you get your dose of sun and ocean waves. Restaurant is delicious, drinks are great, and sunset view is lovely.

Wonderful & very responsive staff. Beautiful accommodation. Great location. We loved the beachfront for relaxing sunbathing. The hotel supplied the lounges & towels. The only area that could be improved was the breakfast menu choices that were included with the booking. The choices were very limited.

**Location:** Ideal. I can say the location is perfect for both couples and families. The hotel is located at Station 3, a quieter area, but still within walking distance of the livelier Station 2. The hotel is beachfront and has its own sun loungers. If you want to use them, you should wake up a bit earlier. **Restaurant and food:** People really need to read carefully before booking. Breakfast is not a buffet but à la carte. The price includes about 7–8 dishes (marked with a star; the other dishes are not included), as well as water, coffee, or juice. You can eat at the restaurant all day, and it’s paid like at any regular restaurant. Everything we tried was perfect. **Staff:** Perhaps the biggest highlight of this hotel is the staff. Every single person working there is extremely kind and pleasant, always willing to help with various requests. These people truly complete the hotel, and thanks to them, you feel like a special guest. The only thing that could have been a bit better is the room. Overall, it’s not bad, but it could use some refreshing, as it looks older in real life than in the photos. It’s also a bit darker. This didn’t ruin our stay at all, and it’s the only reason why the rating isn’t a 10.

Amazing food and service.

I liked breakfast, location and hospitality Beds could be a little firm.

Our room was a little disappointing, the air conditioning just didn’t work properly which meant our room got really stuffy and uncomfortable. We did only stay for three nights but if we stayed any longer this would have become an issue. We also paid extra for a balcony but the view was bad and the balcony itself had nowhere to hang wet clothes so it was a bit pointless.
