the location! conveniently accessible to the beachfront there was a cockroach inside the water heater. forgot to inform the staff. had to ask for the toilet paper after check in since there was none in the room.

By the beach, though our room is in the back but it doesn’t matter as everything’s there.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise for the location and price. It was steps away from the beach and accessible to all stores and entertainment areas. The price was also very affordable with amenities and comfort tgat you can find in hotels with higher price points. The only drawback for me is the fact that it doesn’t have a good view from the terrace

I like that the room was huge. The toilet was clean with a working heater. Having a mini fridge was also great. It's a beachfront accommodation, so already near to any DMall and others, Not sure if they offer daily cleaning.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The beachfront location made everything convenient, the staff were accommodating, and the room was clean and cozy. If you are a food addict restaurant are nearby. Highly recommended and we would love to come back again.

Beachfront property located in Station 1. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Ralph… he made us feel at home, particularly my senior citizen grandma and mom. ? They offer free use of “Banig” for sunbathing at the beach, as well as unlimited drinking water. There’s also a common area balcony with a great view, perfect for eating and relaxing. Just make sure to let them know if you’re coming with a PWD or a senior citizen since there’s no elevator. We didn’t have any problems though, they helped us with our luggage, and the stairs were manageable for all of us.

100% beach front and best spot for the sunset, near all the cafes and restaurants. Fast wifi. Very clean rooms, no bed bugs compared to other known hotels/resorts. Nice bathrooms too, simple but neat and clean, with heater, bidet, water pressure is great too since our room was on the 3rd floor! Thank you to Sir Ralph and other staff for our comfortable stay. Everybody is very accommodating. So far this is our best stay in Boracay since we visited couple of times before. Now we know where to stay again, will definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you po!
