Quality Hotel Bordeaux Centre

Location, staff and location. Lobby was quite warm.

It is in the city center and easily within walking distance to pretty much all we wanted to see and do. It is air conditioned! It has a lift. Our Supreme king room was roomy with a huge picture window with a view of the goings on below us. The modern bathroom has a large shower. Staff is super helpful. The lounge/bar is large and interestingly laid out with smaller private nooks to have personal conversations. Can’t think of a thing.

An excellent location. Tram F nearby for trips to and from the airport. The staff were very helpful and nice. In a pedestrian area. The room felt a little small but that can be understood due to an older building renovation. We had a window with a balcony but could not open it or go out.

The location was exceptional and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was very crowded, there wasn't an iron or ironing board in the room and the view was of the wall of the building next door.

Room was comfortable, location was very central in Barcelona where we had been to before. Balcony was basic looking out onto a paddock, or vacant land site. Breakfast was very ordinary, where you were given a box of goodies. On first morning fruit was decomposing. Not impressed. Was expecting a buffet or cooked breakfast. Language from some staff was minimal in english to communicate.

Many things to like - the hotel staff and the breakfasts, just to mention a couple.

This is a lovely hotel, with friendly staff, in a great location. In particular, everyone who worked at the front desk went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. While this is not a luxury hotel, it checked all the boxes and met our needs. Two of us stayed in a room with a sofa bed to give us a little extra space. I highly recommend that if your budget allows it. We would gladly stay here again.

We stayed here with our 4-year old grandson. The location is SO good, right in the center, and the room was spacious and comfortable for 3. We all enjoyed the breakfast options.

Beds were a bit soft for my liking. Hurt my back. The step in shower was also odd/very high off the ground so might present an issue for people with mobility or balance problems

The hotel is located in the city centre, next to many shops and restaurants. Beware that Uber cars cannot enter to the hotel area, and therefore, you need to walk to the hotel or get a taxi. Breakfast was very varied and delicious Rooms were a little small, but perhaps it was only the room I booked, and there are more options.

The room was small but functional and very clean, modern, with all facilities. Bed very comfortable. I LOVED that they give you access to a REAL GYM down the street, instead of the crappy hotel gyms as usual. The location is unmacthed, right in the heart of the historical (pedestrian) areas of the city center. Coffee in the room. I did not try the breakfast. I would recommend!

Location! Location! Location!

Fabulous location right in the middle of Bordeaux - and incredibly practical as a result. Our room was a good size, quiet and perfectly comfortable - and the staff at the front desk were always really friendly and helpful. We really liked having still and sparkling water on tap in reception so you could fill glass bottles for your room or your own to take out for the day. This isn't a characterful or 'charming' hotel, but that's not what we expected when booking it. It's exactly as it is described - clean, practical, comfortable and right in the heart of Bordeaux. Worth noting that our room on the fourth floor had windows that only reached up about two feet from the floor, so no view - but a skylight so there was plenty of light.
