Very friendly and helpful staff - both at the reception and the restaurant

Breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and bar staff Chris at night was very pleasant. The view from the dining room and the proximity to the beach were excellent. We arrived at the island by catamaran which I can recommend as the journey is much shorter and much less turbulent than the ferry. The last leg of the journey was by a little train from the island’s port to the town which was very pretty. The food at the breakfast buffet could have been labelled.

The staff welcomed us and we felt like at home from the very beginning.

The location is wonderful. Friendly staff. Toilet was dirty when we arrived. They cleaned it quickly after we told the staff. The toilet seat broke the first day just by sitting on it. The glass provided in the bathroom was broken (dangerous). There was no vegetarian menu available (there was hardly any choice anyway). The vegetarian food we got was basically the regular menu without the meat/fish. There was nothing to order through roomservice. We got free nuts though what was nice. Maybe it's because we visited in the winter but we are avid travelers and were disappointed with the overall quality. Especially considering the price of 216,6 euro per night.
